Eurostar is the only high-speed train directly linking the UK to France and Belgium via the Channel Tunnel, city centre to city centre. Since 1994 Eurostar has carried over 130 million passengers, taking thousands a day to Paris, Brussels, Lille, Calais and Disneyland® Paris.
DMD has served Eurostar for many years across a range of service locations. In 2008 we won a fully consolidated service agreement: a basis for Eurostar to innovate multilingual media provision across their diverse passenger base.
DMD has helped enhance the quality and range of titles offered, and Eurostar’s own transport network supports a complex, effective logistics solution.
Eurostar’s Business Lounge offers one of the best complimentary newspaper and magazine ranges in the travel industry, including product targeted to specific audiences during events such as Fashion Week. Magazines and newspapers are also available on-board to customers travelling in Business Premier or Standard Premier classes.
Eurostar was launch customer for our digital publications service in their Business Premier lounges. From spring 2016 we also provide digital publications for delivery onboard, as a key element in a wider DMD content manager service for their wireless-streamed Infotainment product.
