| DMD has pioneered the effective use of gate
services, providing each flight with a targeted choice of self-service
reading materials at the gate, freeing up cabin crew and reducing pressure
on ground staff. DMD currently operates Gate Services in 89 airports in
31 countries and the service is growing all the time.
